My name is Deja, and throughout my interdisciplinary degree program, I have developed a set of skills that are essential for both personal growth and professional success in healthcare, particularly in radiology. These skills\u2014attention to detail and precision<\/strong>, critical thinking and problem solving<\/strong>, and communication and collaboration<\/strong>\u2014have been cultivated through a combination of coursework, hands-on experiences, and reflective practice. By integrating knowledge from disciplines such as psychology, sociology, medical laboratory science, and communication studies, I have learned to approach challenges with a holistic perspective, connecting theory and practice in meaningful ways. The nine artifacts included in this e-portfolio provide concrete evidence of how I have applied and refined these skills, ranging from clinical lab work and shadowing experiences to academic research and collaborative projects. This reflection essay examines how each skill was developed, the learning process behind each artifact, and how interdisciplinary learning has enhanced my understanding and preparedness for a career in radiology. Additionally, it reflects on the creation of this e-portfolio as a tool for synthesizing experiences, evaluating growth, and presenting a professional identity to both academic and career audiences.
