Some of the items I have learned and become better at during Spanish 101 are:
- Sentence structure
- Changing verbs to male or female forms
- as well as a huge new vocabulary
This semester while in Spanish 101 the lessons were very detailed to where I could understand what I was learning; even though it was a lot of information each week and some vocabulary words or topics were passed through so fast it is hard to remember with less repetition during lessons. All in all, this class grew my Spanish knowledge by leaps and bounds but not only that I also learned all about the cultures in Spanish speaking countries like Mexico, Spain, Argentina and Costa Rica.
In learning even the most basic of the cultures like how they greet (kisses and hugs) or how all around super friendly the hispanic people are has made me wish to vacation in Mexico or even live there one day maybe once I retire. After all who would not want to live in paradise looking places with the most friendly people in the world?
