Module 13 Artifact:

In this artifact, I had to play an online game called prisoner’s dilemma. The reason why I played the game was to better understand the social dilemmas that we learned in this module. I picked this artifact because I thought that it was a great way to help me better understand what this module was talking about. I picked this artifact as a representation of my learning experience because it was a topic that I did not understand too well to begin with and felt that this module and artifact helped me understand this topic better.

I choose this picture because this was my outcome of playing the prisoner’s dilemma game.

Module 12 Artifact:

In this artifact, I had to complete a survey of what I thought was aggression for the given examples. This assignment was interesting because I do not normally go around thinking about what is aggression and what isn’t, so I was able to explore my beliefs on the subject more in-depth. I picked this artifact as a representation of my learning experience because it helped me solidify my opinions on something that I do not normally express.

I choose this image because this assignment showed that my definition and the actual definition of aggression differed just a little bit.

Module 10 Artifact:

In this artifact, I had to do a sort of experiment where I had to violate a societal norm and see how I would react and the people around me would react. This assignment was a pretty cool assignment because it is not something that I do every day, I had no idea how I would feel and did not expect to feel the way I did. I also was not expecting the reactions I got from the people around me when I did the experiment. I picked this artifact as a representation of my learning experience because I had never done something like this for an assignment in any other classes. I feel like this was a pretty unique assignment and I got real world experience for a lesson that I was learning.

I choose this image because of the experiment that I did for this assignment. The societal norm that I broke was avoiding eye contact during a conversation.

Module 7 Artifact:

In this artifact, I had to take a behavior and attitude survey to learn if I have any cognitive dissonance. This assignment was a great assignment to learn more about myself. Before taking this class I did not know about cognitive dissonance so I never knew how to look for it in my personality. I picked this artifact as a representation of my learning experience because it thought me something that before this class I did not know anything about it.

I choose this picture because

Module 6 Artifact:

In this artifact, I had to choose five traits that I felt most represented my personality. I am choosing this artifact because it allowed me to explore in depth my personality and how I express these traits in the everyday environment. This was a great assignment to get to learn about how I act. I picked this artifact as a representation of my learning experience because this class thought me a lot about myself.

This image shows that a persons personality is not a simple thing, there are a lot of different influences that affect a personality.

You will be prompted, weekly, for various items to archive. Please refer to the Google Docs document in the e-Portfolio folder in Bb, which will provide tips on how to store and organize these artifacts. By the time this component of your eP is due, you will have a rich repository from which to draw. You will choose the top five artifacts that you believe best represent your learning experience in this course. Each item should contain a representative picture and a summary for why it was selected, including why it is representative of your learning experience.
