Artifact 1:

I enjoyed this archived item from module three. I learned about people’s different perspectives on how similarities or opposites attract. Seeing the two different opinions about each one made agreeable points. It made me think a little harder about which one I agreed with the most.

This archive taught me to look into the questions closely because the example I could tell influenced the person’s answer. When the question started with the statement about psychologists’ research the participant’s answer used it as backup support. I also think if the question had an example the participant’s opinions would be different. So this expanded my knowledge of how outcomes can be different when presenting them differently.

The visual artifact I chose was a screenshot and I agreed with the response. I never thought about it in that way.

I chose this image for module 9 because it represents when people say they like each other. I’ve learned from this assignment that different people have different preferences specifically regarding what they “need.” Men tend to lean towards women who are attractive and younger. While younger women are interested in older men because they’re usually impressed with “maturity.” In today’s society, this theory has become more accurate over time.

I chose this photo to represent happiness. For Module 14, there was a survey that asked about our level of happiness and what statement best described us. I described myself to be above average. In my opinion, happiness is something that we need in life. Being genuinely happy is one of the best feelings. I’ve always thought happiness is luxury and wealth but sometimes it is just living with a good headspace and good health. This assignment has taught me that there is nothing that can buy happiness and that we control our happiness.
