Etiquette Smart Cultural Coach

Paullette Diaz-Reed is a Belizean-American who has served as a military spouse for 20 years. She holds two certifications in protocol training and has successfully worked closely with prominent entities such as the United States Navy, the American and Foreign Embassies in West Africa, Collegiate Leadership, U.S. Naval War College, and the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF).  Ms. Diaz-Reed has been privileged to support her spouse and his command in various countries, both professionally and socially.

Through the years, Ms. Diaz-Reed has taken a strong interest in the Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Leadership.  A few of the courses that have greatly influenced her interest and have played a key role in her personal and professional matters are; Organizational Behavior, Rhetorical Reading, Writing, and Speech Analysis; Developmental Psychology, The Psychology of Women and Business and Professional Communication.  Since arriving in Virginia Beach, Ms. Diaz-Reed has been a very active member within her community, and has served in numerous leadership positions, including as a Multi-Cultural Special Event Planner.  She has been afforded the opportunity to skillfully use her global expertise to plan several political and multi-cultural events, to further educate her audience regarding the subject of diversity and international relations, through culture, art, music and fashion.
