This video explains the theories of how different types of discrimination affect students of color in today’s educational system. However, this video is merely a stepping stone to the introduction of how intersectionality also affects women in the professional society as well, despite color. This artifact is important to reveal the problems that women and people of color are still facing and how with education and training, together we can overcome them.
