Language, Diversity and Dress Code

‘The video is based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and how it affects the three major components of global education and training in the United States. What makes this artifact important is that it displays the benefits of children in the United States, learning other languages at an early age. Studies have shown that children who are exposed to various languages and other cultures are grow up to be far more accepting and inclusive of others from different parts of the world. Also, the average child in Europe speaks, reads and writes at least five languages with fluency by their teen years, due to early exposure. My desire as a professional etiquette instructor is to encourage educational entities to move toward the early language exposure so that our children can be more competitive in our ever growing global society.
