The DNA of Leadership
In Leadership and Culture, the purpose of the course is to display how culture influences leadership styles and outcomes. In this course, I provided numerous journals, reflecting on thought provoking topics such as how religion and culture intersect and influence our identity as leaders and followers. I am including examples of my daily journals that demonstrate what I learned from this class. This information is pertinent to my professional arena because it allows me to engage with my clients from both a personal and intellectual stand point.
