The first social theme that I really picked up on was technical and social, as she was saying when an entry level cybersecurity analyst first starts, they are basically the front help desk and responding to low level threats like phishing for example. This means that they will start to learn more about the different ways that their coworkers can be exploited. Another social theme that I saw was communication the part that I saw with this was when she mentioned that they might have to give training or presentations to people who do not have a technical past, so then will need to use the principle of parsimony and explain it in the simplest way. The last big one that I saw was continuing education, for example the field is always expanding and evolving, and they will need to continue to learn so that they can adapt to the ever-changing future.
