- Design thinking can be defined as an innovative problem solving process rooted in a set of skills. A combination of art and science is used to create design thinking. Design thinking can be applied to products and services. Design thinking is often referred to as human-centered design. Some of the steps included in design thinking are understanding the problem , exploring a wide range of solutions, testing and prototype phase, and implementing the design process through customary deployment mechanisms.
- A product that I use is an umbrella . This product was influenced by the design process because someone had to get caught in the rain in order for it to be an invention.The umbrella was created because of the thought of being in the rain but without getting completely soaked. The umbrella is designed to prevent a user from getting completely wet. The need for a product that could basically make a user waterproof went through a whole process which ended up becoming the umbrella.
- If you plan ahead , opportunities will follow as well. Opportunities are endless, this is why it’s important to plan for them . The more planning that is made allows one to be more prepared when opportunities come around. Once you plan , the time is saved for all the work that would be required for opportunities in entrepreneurship. The opportunities will come more often if set plans are in place.
4. I’ve missed an opportunity for internships. By sitting back and thinking I’m not qualified enough, I let many applications just pass by. Just filling out one application wouldn’t have hurt anyone. So there was no reason to not do it. Choosing not to, in return only made me regretful. Now I may never know what it’s like to have an internship because of the missed opportunities.
5. Yes if the venture made an individual go against their practices and basic morals. If one is to sell their practices for belief that they don’t align with, they are morally wrong. How could you give up your ideas for your brain to ideals that you are against? If it makes you question yourself. If you have to question yourself then you’re automatically wrong. No practice should make you cross lines that you are morally against.
