Fighting crime has also been in my blood. I love to believe I am a superhero who developed the confidence to go after the villains of the world. The passion I have had for criminal justice is huge. It started from seeing my dad fight crime as a police officer. My passion further developed through television shows, movies and even crime related summer camps. With my Criminal Justice degree and minor in psychology I want to use it to become a lawyer. I want to specifically focus on criminal defense. They hold one of the most important positions in helping criminal proceedings. They are responsible for ensuring that the accused party has the ability to receive due process of law. The underdog is always the most underestimated but that’s what makes this position the most important to me.
