Yes, there are certain areas that I would like to focus my career on. Some areas that would appeal the most to me are: – Digital forensics, Security analyst and Malware analyst Because working with Digital forensic will provide me the opportunity to investigate cybercrimes and help me enhance my skills to preserve digital evidence from technology. I want to work as security analyst the most because I have always been interested in how they monitor and analyze the organization security and are always ready to respond to threat incidents. The reason I choose to major in cybersecurity is because of the malware, when I first started reading about them, I found them interesting which led me to learning more about the cybersecurity. Cybersecurity workforce management and cybersecurity policy and planning are the areas I’m least interested in because it involves lot of cybersecurity development plans, strategies and legal policies which is very important however, I don’t find them interesting.
