After making the flyer and I had to make a sign up document to try and get an early head count ! I just made one on google forms. With this I had to send out a mass email to all communication journalism students. at the bottom of the email I had attached the new class schedule for fall and summer, the flyer I made, and the zoom link for the event. It took me about 45min to an hour to send all the emails out ! This is what the email looked like.
