The biggest thing I can do is lead by example. Being a strong example to others is a great method to motivate and sway others. By setting a good example, you convey your values and beliefs through your acts and behaviors. This may encourage others to take your example and develop comparable attitudes and actions. I try in numerous ways to set an example in my daily life. For instance, I make an effort to treat everyone I encounter with kindness and compassion, regardless of their circumstances or history. During and after my football practices I push my teammates to put more effort to get better. I put a lot of effort into completing projects on time and to a high standard, setting an example for the team as a whole. I also try to be a good collaborator, open to criticism, and eager to work with other to accomplish our common goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
