I would think looking at the policy would be difficult why this is related to cybersecurity but, it is actually pretty simple. When talking about anything over technology cybersecurity has to be involved. The reasoning behind that is if there is internet connection it can be attacked through cyber hence it being related to cybersecurity but to be specific the policy is basically saying that the reason behind ODU emails and everything is to communicate with students and staff and whether you forgot about your email or not it is your responsibility to check on your email if it is for any suspicious activity through spam emails or if it is to receive or send important information.
