My main goal for this ePortfolio is to present myself in a professional way online. I want it to show more than just my resume and give recruiters or anyone viewing it a chance to see who I am, what I’ve done, and what I can bring to the table. Ideally, someone looking at it might think, “We should hire him” or “I know someone who should connect with him.” I plan to keep building it so that by the time I graduate, every section reflects my academic achievements and the work I’ve done in this course.

The easiest part of setting up this portfolio was how basic and easy to comprehend the layout was. My portfolio was already set up under WordPress, so I am grateful to my past classes that have prepared me for future classes. Right now, I am somewhat confident in my online presence and this portfolio will only strengthen it. This portfolio gives me a space to showcase my work. I think it could be helpful when applying to jobs and internships. It gives potential employers a better picture of the type of person I am. At this stage, I only wonder if there is any way to make the site stand out more while retaining professionalism.
