I\u2019m currently a digital writer pursuing a degree at Old Dominion University. I have my Associate\u2019s degree in Kinesiology from West Hills Community College and over 13 years of on and off hands-on training experience in the gym. That\u2019s where the student and the lifter collide. It\u2019s also why this project exists. If I\u2019ve learned anything from over 10 years of training and just as much time experimenting on myself in the gym, it\u2019s how to separate what actually works from anything selling themselves. This website was built out of my desire to share knowledge. To teach people how to separate real information on supplements like creatine vs random gym bro advice. I strive to break down technical aspects into information that anyone can understand.
