Operates, repairs, and performs maintenance on shipboard gun and missile systems.
- As grounds crew supervisor led five crews, consisting of 20 personnel with great efficiency maintaining base upkeep and cleanliness saving the navy over 1,500 contracted man-hours and $500,000 in costs.
- Supervised his work center of 5 through over 348 hours of corrected maintenance and earned exceptional scores during INSURV, HST and CSG integrated phased training.
- As special events coordinator oversaw the successful integration of base operations in 2 Navy Fleet Festivals on Naval Station Norfolk each hosting over 10,000 navy and civilian personnel.
- Oversaw and led 5 junior technicians in the completion of over 1,000 man-hours of maintenance and repairs for 31 major equipment casualties.
