I chose this major because I want to be able to help those who are unable to help themselves. I am a first generation student and being able to set a strong impression for not only for my family, but for myself as a nursing major would be an incredible opportunity. I have worked as a Clinical Technician at a Physical Therapy office. I have not worked with any jobs that offer the nursing experience I intend on receiving, however, I have worked with patients closely and I also learned how to speak to a patient directly and how to answer any questions they may have.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am a Nursing Major at Old Dominion University.
