Throughout my years of education leading up to this point of my second year of college I have received a great amount of awards and recognition. I have earned my high school diploma graduating Floyd E. Kellam High school and educational excellence award during my senior year of high school for earning straight A’s. Also, during my sophomore year of high school I received a letter of recognition from my English teacher for working hard and helping others in class. In addition I was recognized as an excellent leader attending the African American Male Summit during my years at Kellam High school in which I was informed by the assistant principle about. During my senior year of high school I was recognized as completing the best senior project that consisted of well researched and detailed information.
