Reflection
Cell biology has been a very interesting course this semester. While going through this course I realized how a lot of my current classes connect. I currently take Biochemistry, Evolution, and genetics while taking cell biology. One thing that has been a reoccurring lesson would be learning and understanding the cell cycle. The cell cycle seems to be the most important topic in a lot of science-based classes. I used to think it was just routine to learn it but then I realized the connection and how important it is to truly understand this process. The cell cycle isn’t just this lengthy process it’s how we as humans exist. This cycle allows us to to understand what goes on inside us, how we as humans are able to function. With this understanding we as scholars, future doctors and researchers can use this to understand diseases, and provide new treatment strategies. Overall change the future foundation of the medical world. The cell cycle is not just something you see in a text book, it’s all around us, happening every second.
