What We Do With the Money?

A limited budget has been given to allocate funds between additional cyber security technology and training. It is important to figure out what would be the proper amount to allocate these funds between these two things. This paper will discuss how the funds will be allocated and the reason for their allocation.

Where the funds will go and why

More money will go into training than additional cyber security technology because it is important to have competent employees to deal with cybersecurity technology. There was thought into putting more money in getting additional cyber security technology, but the question is, what if the employees aren’t trained enough to deal with the cyber security technology? Making sure the employees are trained well will benefit the company in the long run. The company will have far greater success with trained employees as they will be able to do their jobs properly and better (The Cost of Training New Employees) Money will be invested into getting staff to train the individuals, and training equipment such as online courses, and interactive modules (AI Overview). The rest of the money will be given to cyber security additional tools. Then later when there is a bigger budget, money will be invested to getting additional cyber security tools.

Conclusion

More money will be put into training the employees because of competency in the company. Competency will produce success in the long term for the company so less money will be spent on acquiring new cyber security technology. When more money will come later, that is when more money will be put into the additional technology.
