Include your 15-page academic research paper describing your innovation from a scholarly orientation. Components of the research paper should include the following:

•  An introduction providing a 1-page overview of the problem addressed by the innovation and an overview of the innovation,
• An 8-page review of literature using scholarly literature (including at least 8 scholarly journal articles) to describe the problem and the innovation,
• A 2-page overview of how your problem and innovation relate to material covered in your classes taken OUTSIDE of your major,
• An 1-page overview of how to determine whether your innovation is effective, (e) a 2-page description of what is needed to turn your innovation into a reality, and (f) a 1-page summary of next steps.
