That’s not to say you should go on a strict diet or cut out all processed foods. But making a few changes in your daily eating habits can help you feel better overall. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Don’t skip any meals and eat a snack if you’re feeling hungry. Add more fiber to your diet by eating nuts, whole grains, vegetables, and fruit. Foods that are high in fiber keep you feeling full for longer and improve digestion.

2. Get enough sleep

5. Do things that you love
Sometimes the daily routine gets boring or exhausting. Maybe you’re working a lot and you can’t get any time for yourself. But self-care is important, and everyone needs to take time to do things they enjoy.
Why not take time to do some of your hobbies? Try a new recipe, draw a picture, or go on a hike. Make plans to spend time with friends you haven’t seen in a while. Helping others is another way to boost your happiness and strengthen your relationships. Write a card or make a gift for someone to let them know you’re thinking about them.
