LINUX is an essential skill when it comes to careers in cybersecurity and information technology. In this section of my electronic portfolio I have three artifacts showcasing my skills within LINUX. My first artifact showcases my ability to create new groups for different departments within a organization and also shows that I have the ability to add new users to these groups. My second artifact shows that I have the ability to set file permissions to each user, a great example of when this would be used would be that the manager should be able to access most files withing a company but a lower level employee should only be able to access low sensitive information. My final artifact showcases my ability to shell script which introduces automation of task that one would do within LINUX. This allows for a more efficient work speed within the workplace saving time every time a script is ran.
