However, through continuous study I was able to write out my daily schedule. Along with the activities I like to do as well as those that I&#8217;m obligated to do. I would get nervous and take long pauses before each sentence. However, as my vocabulary grew and my willingness to speak grew I was able to speak more confidently and gain a better listening and speaking ability than when I started. One of these aspects was the Siesta and it&#8217;s practice. I read about Chile&#8217;s attitude towards the Siesta and where it&#8217;s future is as a practice is in the country.
