Many of my family members are in the medical field and I would always be so intrigued by the stories they would tell. My Aunt specifically was the head anesthesiologist at her hospital in Charleston, West Virginia and so I decided that my goal would be to become a Nurse Anesthetist. Growing up I have always had the desire to take care of those around me, being the oldest, I would always be taking care of my siblings in one way or another, which only boosted my desire to become a nurse.
