My name is Lamari Anae Edmonds, a 21 year old senior from Stafford, Virginia. I have always dreamed of leading the next future generation one way or another. I am currently majoring in English Education with hopes to further my education with a Master’s degree. After college I plan to become a principal of either a middle or high school and continue to further my career with a position in higher education.  My dreams for my future consist of advocating for social awareness through the educational system. As a future educator I am responsible for molding future generations to become the best they can be. With that being said it is a job, no, duty of mine to ensure that any child that comes within my path be lead in a direction full of justice and truth. Although it’s up to us to make a difference, why should I just make an individual difference when I can teach multitudes how to make a difference within this world.  With that being said, I believe in making a difference not just on an educational level but anywhere I can.
