In this review, we will discuss key points and aspects of the article, including its relevance to the<br>principles of social science, research questions, research methods, and data analysis.<br>Workplace cyberbullying within Organizations. The article reveals a significant negative association between workplace cyberbullying and organizational commitment among female employees. Female employees who are subjected to workplace cyberbullying exhibit traits of reduced commitment to the organizations due to feeling insecure or lack of safety.<br><strong>Relations regarding social science<\/strong><br>The article is grounded in the principles of social science, particularly psychology, sociology, and<br>organizational behavior; it expresses how social and psychological factors, such as workplace dynamics<br>and interpersonal interactions, can affect the mental well-being and job satisfaction of female<br>employees. The study focuses on the experience of female employees within diverse organizations in<br>Saudi Arabia, a country surrounded by culturally gender-specific countries, making it relevant to gender<br>studies within social science. The several principles of social science are the following.<br><strong>1. Psychological stress<\/strong><br>The article investigates the impact of workplace cyberbullying on psychological stress among female<br>employees. It demonstrates that exposure to cyberbullying leads to higher levels of psychological stress,<br>emphasizing the psychological principle of the impact of social interactions on individual well-being and<br>mental health.<br><strong>2. Interactional justice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study explores the role of interactional justices in mediating the relationship between workplace<br>cyberbullying and job satisfaction. It demonstrates that interactional justice serves as a mediator,<br>influencing job satisfaction in the presence of workplace cyberbullying. this concept relates to the<br>principles of social interaction and its impact on job satisfaction.<br><strong>1. Gender and workplace dynamics<\/strong><br>The study focuses on female employees and their experience with workplace cyberbullying. This<br>highlights the social science principle of understanding how gender dynamics can impact social<br>interactions and experiences within the workplace. As well as addressing real-world issues and<br>improving the well-being of individuals within social systems.<br><strong>Research and hypothesis<\/strong><br>1. what is the impact of workplace cyberbullying on organizational commitment among female<br>employees?<br>2. How does workplace cyberbullying affect the psychological stress of a female employee?<br>3. What is the relationship between workplace cyberbullying and the perception of interactional?<br><strong>Research hypothesis<\/strong><br>The author&#8217;s hypothesis for these research questions includes the negative association between<br>workplace cyberbullying and adverse effects on interactional justices<br>1. Workplace cyberbullying significantly reduces organizational commitment among females<br>2. Workplace cyberbullying significantly increases the psychological stress of female employees<br>3. Workplace cyberbullying is significantly negatively correlated with the perception of<br>interactional justice.<br><strong>Research method seen in article<\/strong><br>The study demonstrated quantitative research methods, utilizing self-administrative surveys for data<br>collection. The survey was distributed to female employees working in various sectors within Saudi<br>Arabia. The data analysis was conducted using software including SPSS for demographic analysis and<br>structural modeling, also known as SEM.<br><strong>Types of data and analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data and analysis are seen throughout this study. Data refers to fact-based statistics in the information<br>collected, such as surveys and digital records, and analysis is known for the process of examining and<br>interpreting data to undercover meaningful patterns, insight, and conclusions while applying various<br>research methods.<br>Data collected in this study was primarily quantitative, consisting of survey responses from female<br>employees. The analysis involved several steps, including assigning the measurement model for<br>reliability and validity, evaluating the structural model assignment, and testing the hypothesis. The<br>techniques that were used included AVF, which is also known as average variance extracted, and path<br>analysis.<br><strong>Relations to challenges, concerns, and contributions of marginalized groups<\/strong><br>The study&#8217;s focuses on female employees in Saudi Arabia, addressing the concerns regarding<br>marginalized groups, particularly women who often face gender-related challenges in the workplace.<br>such as:<br><strong>Gender-based harassment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The Study primarily focuses on female employees, who are more susceptible to workplace cyberbullying. Women are often disproportionately affected by various forms<br>of harassment and discrimination, and cyberbullying is often seen in such forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gender equity and equality<\/strong>: Workplace cyberbullying intertwines the perception of interactional justice within the organization. Female employees experience cyberbullying, which can negatively affect their perception of fairness and respect in the workplace. Cyberbullying can negatively contribute to these issues; the research contributes to the understanding of workplace dynamics and how it can negatively and positively promote an inclusive and respectful work environment.<br><strong>Contribution to society<\/strong><br>This study has particular implications for organizations addressing the need to establish secure and<br>respectful work environments for all employees with a focus on safeguarding female employees who<br>are more vulnerable to workplace bullying. By addressing these issues of cyberbullying within<br>organizations, the author hopes to contribute to creating awareness of workplace conditions and the<br>well-being of employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Topic relations to class PowerPoints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Article closely represents Module 8 regarding social dynamics as it diligently works with \u201cStructural<br>functionalism\u201d which defined in PowerPoint as \u201csociety can be understood by the functions<br>of different societal mechanisms and their contributions to overall<br>societal functioning.\u201d This relates to the article referring to social dynamic within workplace organizations in Saudi Arabia.<br>In conclusion, the article Cyber Bullying and Psychological Stress among the Employees provides insight<br>into the impact of workplace cyberbullying on female employees in Saudi Arabia.
