When I look at this application, they don’t want a fun-loving, happy go lucky spirit individual but someone professional that is engaged into this role.
Working here would make me feel like an adult with real responsibilities. With the professionalism and accountability for work required this is a career and not just a job which is different. I would feel like I have no space for error but growth and meaningful relationships that could be awarding,
