Activities

During my Spanish 101 class this year we were tasked with buying a program called ContraseƱa. This program guided us through our course material section by section as we also looked over it during class. It accomplished that through 5 main sections per unit called preparar, aplicar, investigar, comprobar,y reflexionar.

In these sections we learned things like vocabulary words that we would be using in current or upcoming units. Also learning things about different Spanish speaking cities and countries around the world. All test and quizes are completed on this program too other than in person speaking assignments. Every unit has a project that comes with it at the end of the unit. For example unit 4 was about explaining things around campus features wise and location wise , so for my project I had to complete about a 2-3 minute video with a fluent Spanish speaker around campus about location and places on campus.

One of the biggest activities we were tasked with this year is the activity your reading right now. We have been touching on this E-portfolio all year. It is a big part of letting your instructor know you have learned and grasped the concepts while offered feedback for future classes at the same time. Not only is it good for the teacher but also for the student to have a organized collection of your works.
