In Spanish 102, we’ve taken many grammar and vocabulary quizzes, along with tests covering multiple sections. These tests are beneficial because they let us see our mistakes and focus on what we really need to work on. Tests and quizzes are also a big motivator especially for me to study and practice extra.

This is an example of a grammar quiz, where we had to show our understanding of grammar in multiple ways. Grammar quizzes let us practice conjugation, as well as present, preterite, future, and past tense.

This is an example of a vocabulary quiz. Vocabulary quizzes often test us by asking us to choose the right word, asking true or false questions, filling in the blanks, etc. These help us practice using the vocabulary in a correct way.

This is an example of a chapter test. Chapter tests ask for us to demonstrate grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and reading/listening skills. Tests can often include reading, writing, and listening sections. These allow us to show our overall knowledge regarding certain chapters or grammatical rules.
