Relay for Life: I served on the executive board for Relay for Life, planning and implementing a 24 hour event to raise funds for cancer research. From this experience, I gained skills on working together as a team, how to motivate others, and dedication for the cause.

The Big Event: Taking part in cleaning up the community and residential neighborhoods surrounding a local college year after year. This event always brings happiness to local leaders and community members, uniting them in caring for the environment they live in. The Big Event has taught me how to have pride in community and strengthened my communication skills.
