When you complete your survey, you will be see which of four schools of counseling theory your responses are most aligned with: Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential-humanistic, or Post-modern. In addition, you can see how your responses align with each of the theories within each of the schools. The schools and theories are listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Psychodynamic School<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Psychoanalysis (Freudian Therapy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Analytical (Jungian Therapy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Individual Psychology (Adlerian Therapy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Cognitive-Behavioral School<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>   Behavioral Therapy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Reality Therapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Existential Humanistic School<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>   Existential Therapy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Person-Centered Counseling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Gestalt Therapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Post-Modern School<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>   Narrative Therapy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Solution-Focused Brief Therapy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>   Relational Cultural Therapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When you receive your results, you can move your cursor over each of the therapies and see brief descriptions of the therapy.
