Rafael Figueroa Medina

            The two members in my group were great and I don’t think I have anything negative to say about them. Rafael was a good team member and contributed a lot to our group project. He was always present while working on the project and gave great ideas for our business. Rafael was the person in our group who was designing the logo for our business. We were all in a zoom call together coming up with ideas and he said he was good at using photoshop (I think that was what he used make it) so we were doing sketches together and discussing what we all liked. Our group made a team Groupme groupchat so we can communicate on our phones at any time. Rafael had good communication skills both in the Groupme and when we met up on zoom calls. Overall, he was a great team member that showed up and did his part in the project and I would definitely recommend him for future groups.

Tajae Bennett

            Tajae was the other member in our group who was great and present during our time in the class. He was also great to work with and contributed to the project while we were working on it. Tajae gave input on discussions and asked questions if he was confused about something, and he answered questions if one of us needed something cleared up. He was always active in the team Groupme chat and he was easy to talk to. Tajae was also active in the zoom call we scheduled together as well and contributed in that call. He had great communication skills just like Rafael. We all were able to talk to one another very easily to get our project done without any problems or complications. Usually I get nervous when I have to do group work because you never know what type of people you will get in your group but I am happy and also lucky that I got paired up with two members that were easy to talk to and easy to work with. I also would definitely recommend him for future groups as well.

(In my opinion, the two members above did not have any weaknesses within the group. They both showed up and contributed to the project the way you would want your group members to be while working on the same project. Communication was key to our success in getting the project done.)

Kai Lee

            Kai Lee was also in our group but wasn’t present at all during the semester. The only time I even remember Kai popping up was one time in the Groupme groupchat but it was earlier in the semester. I don’t know if Kai dropped the class or not but Kai did not participate in any calls or ideas with the group and didn’t contribute to the project at all. The only people that did work in our group was Rafael, Tajae, and I. We also tried to reach out to Kai this semester but heard nothing back. There’s not much else I can say about Kai other than they didn’t work with us during the semester and did not contribute to our project.
