Observation Report # 2: Informational interview. Arrange an interview with a human service professional (cannot be at the same organization as your agency visit) who is working in an area in which you have an interest (e.g. working with children, working as a therapist in practice, working with substance abuse, etc.). The paper is about the individual, not the organization. This is your interview, so ask any questions that would allow you to become more familiar with the person you are interviewing and his/her profession. Write a paper describing, in your own words, the information that you have gained. Each paper must be 4-5 full pages in APA 6^th edition format. See the grading rubric on blackboard.
