I think the most serious of these internet offences are collecting info about a child, sharing passwords\log in info/photos without consent, bullying, using other people’s internet and recording VoIP without consent in that order (1st is worst). I think that all of these are at least somewhat bad, but some of these matters are more pressing than others. For example, collecting information on a child is inappropriate on all fronts and should be the number one priority when thinking about day-to-day internet crimes. Many children have access to the internet and along with that have access to shady people and places on the internet. Children should be protected and I believe this should extend to anyone under the age of 18. Comparing this to something like illegal streaming, which mainly affects large companies, one of these topics is infinitely more important. Sharing photos and other information about an unsuspecting individual can lead to bad places and actions. Something like this that can happen to anybody should also be a major concern when compared to the other crimes listed. This is the same with internet bullying. They fall into the same category for me. Using someone else’s internet without their knowledge can also be very bad when considering that this can lead to security and privacy concerns. A stranger on your home wifi can have access to private information and even things like security cameras. Lastly, recording VoIP without permission is not that bad in my opinion. This more feels like a law for corporate meetings or something adjacent. Things like trade secrets may be disclosed in calls and recordings that would hold some serious consequences and should be avoided. I cannot really think of how this may impact a normal person all that much. Maybe edited audio may impact some, but that feels more like internet bullying adjacent than anything else.
