It focuses on clearly explaining the role, the company, and why the opportunity may be a strong fit for the candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a script helps guide the conversation while still allowing flexibility to build a natural connection with the candidate. This artifact demonstrates my ability to communicate professionally, ask the right questions, and understand what candidates are looking for in their next role.
