For one, they may not have an understanding of what happened, whom to call, and what to do about it. Alternatively, people that may know won\u2019t want to out of embarrassment or possible danger that will come to them or the people around them. In addition, it could affect their reputation or how they\u2019re seen. Finally, when individuals think about the scope of the internet, they may feel like it&#8217;s pointless to try to report on it in the first place.
