CYSE 406: Cyber Law

In this course, I studied the legal frameworks governing cyberspace, focusing on key U.S. laws such as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and their application to privacy, intellectual property, and digital rights. I gained insight into the authorities and limitations of cyber operations professionals, ensuring compliance with U.S. laws, regulations, and policies, including Title 10 and Title 50 authorities.

Additionally, I explored topics like Federal Acquisition Requirements and their role in securing government systems. CYSE 406 enhanced my understanding of how law, policy, and technology intersect, preparing me to navigate the legal complexities of cybersecurity operations.
