CYSE 407: Digital Forensics

In this course, I explored the foundational concepts and technologies of digital forensics, focusing on the techniques and tools used to collect, process, and preserve digital evidence. I gained hands-on experience analyzing data from computers, mobile devices, networks, and cloud environments, honing my ability to uncover and interpret critical information.

Additionally, I developed skills in effectively communicating forensic findings through both oral and written reports. This included preparing court presentation materials, which emphasized the importance of accuracy and clarity when presenting evidence in legal settings. CYSE 407 provided me with the technical expertise and communication skills necessary to navigate the complex world of digital investigations and contribute to the pursuit of justice in cybercrime cases.

This course introduces students to legal issues which specifically affect women and examines historical attitudes that have been used to justify differential treatment of women. It explores various legal approaches used to achieve equal protection under the law and examines a variety of specific topics such as: the equal protection analysis; Title VII and Title IX and their relationship to sex discrimination; affirmative action; and reproductive freedom.
