MGMT 325: Contemporary Organizations and Management

In this course, I explored the core principles of the managerial process, including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, as they apply to 21st-century organizations. By examining both macro and micro perspectives, I gained a comprehensive understanding of how organizations function and how to navigate complex systems to achieve strategic goals.

Through case studies and real-world examples, I learned to analyze organizational structures, adapt to evolving workplace dynamics, and address challenges such as managing diverse teams and integrating innovative solutions. This course strengthened my ability to apply effective management strategies, which are essential for coordinating cybersecurity efforts, managing interdisciplinary teams, and addressing the organizational complexities of combating cybercrime.
