Most companies have assigned parking spots, so one of the rewards I would implement would be my, the CEO, parking spot for the day. I think it would be effective because people don’t like to walk far and are always looking for the closest spot to park in. Another reward I would implement would be free lunch on me. This would be a good reward because almost everyone loves the words free and food, so everyone would love free food from their boss. The last reward I would give to my employees is office supplies that also promote cybersecurity. I would do this because it would reward my employees, but it would also remind them of ways to protect our company.

One sanction I would implement to my employees would be a mandatory inhouse quick cybersecurity training. I would do this because I know employees hate staying late at work, so they would o anything they could to not stay. The next sanction I would give is the same except the training would be longer and more intensive. I would do this because I would assume, they don’t have enough training and a refresher on cybersecurity can’t harm the company. The last sanction I would implement would be coming in on a Saturday to work a half-day. I would to this because I know everyone wants to enjoy their short time off, so it would push them to be more responsible.
