I have learned a lot from taking this course, I plan to pursue a career in sports marketing and this class has helped me understand the ins and outs of sports media and how to market it. The Social media assignment helped me learn how important how analytics are when trying to grow your brand. These sports journals helped me understand how important it is to understand how to journal in the world of sports media as journalism is a major aspect of it. The NIL assignment taught me the most this semester as it is most relevant to my desired career choice. It has taught me how to be able to make sure my clients can make a profit and how to sell them to specific sponsors. It taught me how important it was to present a reason why those specific sponsors should consider my client . Overall the course has really helped me have a better understanding of the world of media relations in sports and journalism.
