Information about an individual should only be released to someone else with the individuals permission. Another issue that may arise in this situation would be about security breaches. This is an ethical issue because it threatens the individuals privacy when their private information and records are able to be seen by others. This is also an issue because these people did not give consent to others to be able to view their private information. These security breaches threaten some ones privacy when their personal information is made available to others. Another ethical issue that may arise is system implementation. This is an issue because when an organization or business implements a new system, they face many challenges in the process. These challenges include: frustrated providers, loss of confidence by patients and patient safety issues. When it comes to health care intuitions, many implementations fail because they underestimate the importance of one or more clinicians. This can also led to a huge financial loss for the company which is another reason this is an ethical issue. The last ethical issue is data inaccuracies. This is an issue because sometimes during data transfers, sometimes data about someone can be lost or destroyed. This raises concerns on whether the individuals data is safe and secure.
