Hi! My name is Emerald Valadez, and I\u2019m a dedicated cybersecurity student passionate about protecting digital information and systems. I have spent nine years in the United States Navy, holding a secret clearance. Being in the Navy has taught me the importance of security and the vital role of protecting information. I aim to become an information security analyst, helping organizations safeguard their data from threats. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my time in the Cybersecurity Program, I\u2019ve gained a solid understanding of various topics, from fundamental principles to advanced security measures. My coursework has equipped me with skills in network security, risk assessment, and incident response, which I apply to real-world scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every experience has brought me closer to my professional aspirations. I am also pursuing certifications to enhance my expertise and demonstrate my commitment to the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
