I am proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. During my time as a Site Security Supervisor, I was trained to use security and surveillance systems such as AMAG, CCTV, and VMS. Customer service management covers a few skill sets, such as active listening, delegation, empathy, scheduling, and problem-solving. As a Team Lead II, I have been able to enhance my cash handling skills due to my responsibilities handling cash deposits, refunds, and other transactions. Working at Sitel as a customer service representative provided the skillset of multitasking, handling a high call volume, and transferring customers to the correct department when needed.
