Since 2015, I have held positions as a Site Security Supervisor, a Customer Service Representative, and a Team Lead II. These positions have provided the experience and knowledge that could potentially help with achieving a position within the Criminal Justice field. These positions have helped me develop and\/or enhance my soft skills, hard skills, and develop essential work habits. For example, as a Team Lead II, I have been able to implement an organization system to keep items in their place and provide easily accessible placements for the items used daily. As a Site Security Supervisor, I updated training manuals for the sites, updated security procedures as needed, and enhanced my scheduling skills, as I oversaw two teams for two sites and one site had 24-hour security. My future professional goal is to become a Special Agent at the FBI, specifically as a behavior analyst. I will need to pursue positions within the criminal justice field to provide myself with the experience and knowledge for my professional goal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
