Artifact 5: This item is from module 9 . In this article I completed a worksheet that showed gender stereotype in occupations. Upon completing this I learned that although occupations are becoming more inclusive, there are still certain distinctions that are present in people’s minds. The picture I included relates to the chapter because it shows how both genders can be in the same occupation.

Artifact 4: This item is from module 15. In this module I completed a worksheet to improve my understanding of Weiner and Kelly’s attributional theories. From this article to be achieved I learned more about what we as humans attribute every day situations to. This picture I attached relates to this because it shows a person thinking or in my point of view thinking up explainations for events.

Artifact 3: This item is from module 13. In this module I reflected on what makes me happy and how happiness relates to my physical health. This article helped me learn a bit more about myself because I realized that what makes me happy has not really changed over time but instead the lack of these things/people are what make me feel down. The picture attached relates to the module because they are the people that make my life the happiest and without them by my side I do indeed tend to feel down.

Artifact 2: This item is from module 11. In this module I arranged colors into three groups and then described what feelings I though were associated with each color. I learned that there were cross cultural differences in the original study between a Americans and Russians, due to the fact that they each attributed diffrent colors to the emotion envy. The image that I selected relates because it displays how colors connect to ones emotions.

Artifact 1: The item that I liked the most was from module 12. For this artifact I watched a video regarding body language and connected it to the chapter. I liked this item the most because I feel that it best applied to me because of the fact that body language is something I use a lot and most of the time I do not even realize I am conveying a message. From this activity I learned that “high power poses” can help display a more put together and dominant like personality. This connected to the chapter of culture, language, and communication, because body language is actually an extremely important aspect of communication. The image I included relates to the item to archive because it is an example of high power poses.
