Alicianna Flores – B.S in Psychology

Alicianna Flores is a senior at Old Dominion University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Health and Wellness. She also is achieving a certificate in Diversity Studies. This upcoming summer, she will be applying to graduate programs across the country for Speech-Language Pathology. Her goal is to become a pediatric speech-language pathologist, helping children successfully communicate and express themselves to the best of their ability. She believes that her psychology degree will help her have a good understanding of how children learn, giving her an advantage in the field. She has a particular focus on autism, second-language learners, and augmentative and alternative communication.
